Terms of Service
Rules for using Vibe Deck.
These terms define the current beta service scope and the responsibilities that apply when users control local AI coding tools through Vibe Deck.
Operator
Vibe Deck is operated by Wexrowe Integrated Solutions LLC, 32 N Gould Street, WY 82801, Wyoming, United States of America.
1. Service scope
Vibe Deck provides a browser dashboard and desktop agent for controlling AI coding tools installed on a user's own computer. The service routes user-initiated commands, terminal sessions, device state, and file-control actions between the browser and paired desktop agent.
2. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the code, commands, files, tools, credentials, and local machines they connect to Vibe Deck. Users must not use the service for abuse, unauthorized access, malware, spam, credential theft, or illegal activity.
3. Local tools and third parties
AI coding tools, model providers, operating systems, terminals, repositories, and local development environments remain third-party or user-controlled systems. Their own terms and limits still apply.
4. Availability and beta limits
Vibe Deck is currently operated as an early production/beta service. Features may change, limits may be adjusted, and access may be paused to protect service integrity, security, or infrastructure reliability.
5. Account security
Users must keep account credentials secure, protect paired devices, and revoke access if a computer or account may be compromised.
6. Suspension
Vibe Deck may suspend or restrict accounts, sessions, devices, or traffic that create security risk, abuse risk, infrastructure damage, or legal exposure.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the protected contact shown above.
